My vision is to lead by example and to monitor that a high quality of curriculum is delivered by my team.

I also want to encourage my colleagues to prioritize the core values of each child. Values need  to be cultivated and groomed to ensure that each child reaches their full potential in life, despite any challenges they may face.

As Benjamin Franklin said, “ An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
